We’re challenging the world’s Afrobeat producers to showcase their creativity and seize the opportunity to be featured by Scouting Africa as the winner of the most prestigious production contest in the Afrobeat music industry. With over 50 million in cash and prizes to be won, this is your chance to shine and claim the ultimate recognition in Afrobeat production!

How To Participate

  1. Read Terms & Conditions
  2. Register for the contest
  3. Upload beat via the contest form
  4. Check e-mail for confirmation
  5. Follow us on @scoutingafrca on Instagram for updates
  6. Check your dashboard regularly to see if you’ve advanced to the next phase of the competition
  1. Must be an African resident, 16 years or older.
  2. Submit an original beat at least 2 minutes long.
  3. Must be an amateur without any recording or publishing contracts.
  4. Entries must be solo projects with no company affiliations.
  5. One submission per person/email
  6. Contest opens on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 12:00 PM (WAT) and closes on Tuesday, November 31, 2024, at 12:00 AM (WAT)
  • 3rd place – N2million worth of prizes and a recording contract 
  • 2nd place – N3million worth of prizes and a recording contract 
  • 1st place – N15 million worth of prizes and a recording contract
